Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from parents.

What age group does Shiloh support?

We primarily work with young children in their early developmental years, typically between ages 2 and 7. Early intervention during this period can make a meaningful difference.

Does my child need a formal diagnosis before starting?

No. If you have concerns about your child’s development, you’re welcome to reach out. We can discuss your observations and guide you on possible next steps, whether or not a diagnosis is in place.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are play-based, structured, and individualised. We use evidence-based approaches to build communication, social, and learning skills in a safe and supportive environment.

How are parents involved in the process?

Parents are a key part of the journey. We provide regular updates, share strategies you can use at home, and offer guidance sessions to help you feel confident and supported.

How do I get started?

Simply give us a call. We’ll arrange an initial conversation to understand your child’s needs and discuss how we can help.
